Our Menu Performs All Day
As a fast-casual brand, we designed our menu to be extremely balanced. We managed to match an easy-to-execute menu with guest-delighting food. Our fried tenders please guests of all ages and our Almond Wood smoked chicken is healthy and flavorful. Our menu performs better than the industry average in the fast-casual segment, because our dinner and catering offerings are stronger.

At Chick N Max, you’ll find juicy, golden, freshly cooked and crispy, perfectly seasoned chicken at the center of every dish. The menu features our Legendary Sandwiches, Crispy Tenders and our Almond Wood Smoked chicken and wings.
Our signature is our Almond Wood Smoked Chicken. We smoke our chicken over almond wood from California. Almond wood produces a softer, sweeter flavor than other harsher woods historically used in restaurants like hickory, mesquite or white oak. The gentleness of the almond wood smoke allows the chicken’s authentic and rich flavors to come through. All of our secret spice rubs and sauces are specifically crafted to enhance this gentle smoked flavor of our chicken.

Our Real Estate, Design & Construction Team is dedicated to helping you open your Chick N Max franchise as quickly and efficiently as possible. We have assembled a team of industry veterans and a network of experienced professionals who are dedicated to finding the perfect location for your store, helping you negotiate the best deal, designing, building and equipping your restaurant. We have developed a process that streamlines the site selection, negotiation, design and construction process, allowing you to focus on what you do best – running your business.
Training & Operations Support
Our operations team will walk alongside you from the very beginning.
Before and after you open your Chick N Max location, you’ll work with our team to learn how to manage your business and discover ways to maximize profits. They’ll visit frequently and will be there for you during business reviews, goal setting, weekly reporting, vendor facilitation, compliance guidelines, health and safety regulations, profit & loss management and much more.
Don’t worry if you’re not a tech expert, we’re here to help on that front as well. Our restaurant management software takes care of the heavy lifting for you. It synchronizes everything from your banking and point-of-sale (POS) system to payroll, vendor management (both ordering and inventory) and tracking cost of goods (COGS). Meanwhile, our team is working behind the scenes, analyzing the data and identifying ways to decrease costs and stimulate profitability.

Review The Franchise Disclosure Document
The Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD) is a legal document that is provided by a franchisor to a prospective franchisee prior to signing a franchise agreement. The FDD contains detailed information about the franchisor, the franchise system, the terms of the franchise agreement, and the costs and obligations of the franchisee.
Lastly, we’ll talk about your future plans and how they align with our vision for Chick N Max franchisees. We want to ensure that your goals and objectives are in line with ours and that we’re both committed to building a successful business together.
Education Phase/Due Diligence
During due diligence, you should talk with our Franchise support team, call current franchisees, visit existing franchise locations, and evaluate the costs and potential return on investment. Due diligence will help you understand the Chick N Max business model, the level of support and training provided, and the brand.
Discovery Day
Experience Chick N Max firsthand by making plans to fully immerse yourself in our Discovery Day event at our Wichita, Kansas headquarters.
